Ever wondered what your first personal training session would look like?
Ever undergone a calliper body fat test or a biomechanics assessment?
Maybe your unsure on how your current dietary choices are affecting you and your body?
At More Than Muscle Fit we specialise in taking the guess work out for you. Our personal training service bridges the gap between your performance, lifestyle and therapist coach meaning you come to one place to achieve your results.
We have yet to meet clients that don’t have some sort of pain issues and so we believe its vital to help you rehab and develop your function whilst assisting in those body composition goals we all want to improve.
Below is what you can expect at your first session with More Than Muscle Fit:
- Body Composition & Photo Analysis (This is to establish a start point and a differentiation on your total weight, body fat mass, muscle mass and current postural situation.)
- Muscle Length Tension Test (Your body has a length tension relationship and so we look to understand the story behind your lack of flexibility and or pain scenarios.)
- Biomechanics Movement Screening (Based off your Muscle Length Tension Test we then move your around the gym to see how your body works in real world scenarios away from the therapy bed. This gives us great feedback on how to set up your initial training plans.)
- Food Diary Analysis (Setting you up on a weeks long food diary gives us enough data to pull from when looking to assist you with your nutrition. We want to see your habits, your food choices and the reasons behind why you currently do what you do. This helps us manage and correlate your nutrition with your initial training plans.)
From this point our coaches go away and generate your bespoke training and nutrition plans. We then begin the coaching process.
Personal training should generate results but most importantly they should be centred around you as the individual.
