We offer 1-2-1 training sessions as well as Group Training for up to 6 people, so bring your friends or find some here!

1-2-1 Personal Training

The plans are personal, and completely tailored to you. We offer a well rounded approach and our personal training isn't just about the workouts. We will also consider and assist you with your nutrition and general wellbeing.

Introduction to Open Gym usage

Our experienced trainers can assist you by showing you which equipment will best suit your goals and demonstrating the best technique for the recommended exercises.

Small Group Training

New in 2020, TurnFit now offers Small Group Training from 2-6 clients. This way, you still get the personal approach, but can share the experience with a friend, family member or co-worker.
