Charlotte love's practicing Yoga, talking about it and sharing her passion with others, so in 2015 she travelled to Bali to complete her Yoga Teacher Training. Since coming back to the UK, she has trained with Taylor Harkness, Jambo Truong and Andrew McGonigle.
In all Charlotte's classes you will work on syncing movement with the breath, using your own practice as meditation creating the opportunity to take time out for yourself. There are also endless physical benefits, sweating out toxins, re-energizing the body, increased flexibility and strength. Charlottes classes are suitable for all levels.
